Analyzing Data with Descriptive Statistics

Combining data from questions 5 and 6 results in a relationship between the encouragement of learning from the managers and how many learning opportunities were provided to enhance learning in the workplace. We attain the following outcomes from the graph. Learning opportunities were least observed among categories 7 and 8. The groups grasped the most learning opportunities with 9 to 12 organizational outcomes.

However, the ideal case scenario will involve all the people working in a place to attain learning opportunities from it. The graph stated below is a depiction. These opportunities should be accessible to all people and acquired with full understanding for better implications and productive results in a workplace.

If standard deviation was to be applied, we might have attained the highest productivity in the learning outcomes in the category of 9 and 10. Thus, furthermore such implications should be made which can extend this to all the workplace to attain maximum response. Thus, it is very important to apply statistical analysis which can help in the calculation of efficiency of strategies or products to attain the best possible solution which could be applied in a marketplace.
