There are numerous applications for critical thinking in life, some of which we are unaware of. I’m going to analyze and go over a scenario involving a middle-aged woman by the name of Sally, who works in customer service for a small printer sales company. This will help me explain the critical thinking process. I will talk about the aspects of critical thinking that she frequently struggles with, like how she thinks, feels, and communicates. Last but not least, I’ll discuss her strategies for overcoming the challenges of customer service and the fallacies she encounters, and arguments she may have with coworkers and customers.

Critical thinking is a tool that is frequently utilized to identify and resolve problems that we face on a daily basis. Sally works in a client support position and consistently experiences conflicts with others inside her specialization and clients. She decided to indulge and go out to dinner with her coworkers after a long day of listening to complaints from customers.
